Åke Sixten Axel Axelsson Leijonhufvud, född i Stockholm 22 januari 1909, död 1959, regissör, ljudtekniker m.m. (filmer ca 1930-1950).

Åke Sixten Leijonhufvud avlade studentexamen vid Uppsala högre allmänna läroverk. Han har studerat kemi, kemisk teknologi samt fotografi vid Uppsala universitet och Tekniska Högskolan i Stockholm, företagit studieresor till Eastman, Kodak och Harrow i England 1936 samt till Sydamerika 1939. Inträdde i filmbranschen 1930. Anställd som installationsingenjör vid AEG avd. Kino 1930, vid AB Svensk Filmindustri i Stockholm sedan 1933. (Svensk filmdatabas)
