Comments

Earlier inv.nr. CK 339.

Gold wreaths of this type were highly in vogue in Etruria during the fourth century and later, to judge from the great number of Etruscan depictions representing gods and goddesses, men and women, wearing such ornaments. A considerable number of wreaths of this type has been preserved.
