Hugh Mason Woodman, född 9 november 1899, Ham, Berkshire, England, United Kingdom (Storbritannien), död 20 maj 1989 (89), Isle of Man, chefläkare, Khartoum.

Son till Henry Deacon Woodman, gift med Daphne Louise Parker / Woodman, Valori Hare Cowie och Gunvor Anne Selkirk (1913-). Far till Ragnhild Anne Browne (1938-).

Woodman arbetade som läkare i Wadi Halfa. 1939 var han senior phycisian i Khartum.

Woodman besökte hösten 1938 Stockholm och lovade då att vid sin återkomst till Afrika sända Etnografiska museet ett jaktnät. Han var tidigare läkare i Wadi Halfa.
