Katalogen över samlingen benämner detta föremål endast som "klocka". Det är dock mycket likt de föremål som kalla "dibu". MacGaffey skriver om detta att det är "A wooden dog bell. African dogs do not bark, so the hunter ties a bell around the dog to be able to tell where it is. Dibu is likely to be used with minkisi that hunt down witches"
