Maitland Fuller Griggs, född 1872, död 1943, amerikansk advokat och konstsamlare.

Griggs tjänstgjorde vid Metropolitan Museum of Arts inköps- och grekiska och romerska konstkommittéer. Han gav bidrag till Yale Gallery for Fine Arts och The Frick Collection.

Maitland ägde konstverk av bland andra Lippo Memmi, Michelino da Besozzo, Maso di Banco, Sassetta (Stefano di Giovanni) med flera.

Griggs gifte sig med Miss Carolyn Coles Lee 1898 och de fick tre barn: Dorothy Maitland Griggs, Maitland Lee Griggs och Northam Lee Griggs.
