Object description: A vessel with a pear-shaped body, tapering to a conical lower termination and an applied circumscribing ring on the shoulder. The vessel has a thick wall and a narrow opening on the top. Black coated with an exterior relief decoration. It features, fruit or floral motifs incised with a horseshoe shaped implement.

Object description: The function of this particular type of vessel is unknown, but many possible functions have been proposed, including fire-blowers (aeolipiles), grenades, flasks, lamps, loom-weights and architectural ornaments.
