Object description: Wide and shallow body; rounded, rolled-back handles below rim; tall stem with concave profile; disc base; concave bottom. Red clay; red ochre wash; black glaze. On floor centre an owl between two olive branches, encircled by reserved band and meander pattern; exterior of handles black; reserved band on rim; on body three owls on each side, lotus buds and scrolls between each owl; palmette fans below handles; scrolls on either side of handles; reserved band below figures and on outer part of base; black band around outer part of bottom.
