- Object description
- Bronze lamp; deep almond-shape body with slightly carinated profile. On the top of the body a short, tubular orifice is added. The orifice has a rim and a lid with a long, pointed ‘hat’. At the rear of the body there is a vertical, ring-handle, with a horizontal, flat handle-ornament of a stylised three-petal lotus. The wide nozzle, flat on its upper side, has a large, oval, wick-hole, placed crosswise. An air-hole on the front side of the nozzle is pierced. The lamp has an applied, raised, almond-shape, pointed base. Greenish-brown bronze.
