Object description: Round base; pear-shaped body; wide, slightly backwards curved neck; string-hole projection at neck-base in front; beaked mouth; vertical projection on either side of mouth; round handle from rim to shoulder; incised, vertical line on handle. Hard, light brick clay; semi-lustrous, pinkish buff slip; lustrous, dark red paint. Wavy cross on base; bands encircling lower body; vertical bands of net-pattern, framed by vertical line, and vertical, wavy lines on rest of body; lines and wavy line encircling neck; horizontal lines on mouth; rim painted; vertical, wavy lines inside mouth; traces of paint on handle.
