- Object description
- Flaring sides, straight rim low foot, footpart removable. Beaten, incised, probably etched. Body divided into two registers. Lower register Radiating panels alternately plain and alternately filled with double-Ys. Panels are linked by a plain band, that also links it to the upper register. Trilobed finials reaching towards foot. Around rim, fields alternately with cursive inscription on floral, probably etched background and a stylized vegetal motif intersected by circular medallions either showing a mamluk heraldic emblem or the doiuble-Y motif.
