Object description

Recto, center, quatrain written in nasta’liq with black ink on darkened paper (pale yellow), pink and golden gouache, animal and vegetal motifs, title on pink and outlined with nine frames containing calligraphy. This paper is pasted on a margin of vegetal decoration in dark greyish green towards a lighter background.

Verso, page of persian poetry pasted on the rigid paper. Four columns of 21/19 nasta’liq lines. 19 in the two central columns where the title, written in nasta’liq with blue ink is placed within frame. The calligraphy is framed by a successive frame of thin red, green, gilded and blue line. Mounted on rigid paper.
