Object description

Pale red wool warp with two red woolen weft threads. Symmetrical woolen knots, ca. 1,407/dm2.

Centrql red medallion with a rosett and palmette pattern in dark and pale blue, off-white, green and pale green, yellow, pale brownish pink, dark brown. A green frame borderfeatures cartouches with pomegranades and floral patterns.
