- Object description
- Conoid stamp seal with slightly convex, oval base and horizontal bore through upper section. Engraving in low relief depicting a bearded, standing priest or worshipper, facing right, wearing a round headdress and a long robe. One arm is raised before a stylized altar (?) or stand. Behind the figure is an unidentified object composed of drill holes and lines. Above the scene is a crescent. Drill hole engraving for head, beard and shoulder. Very cursory straight wheel cutting. Opaque, pale orange cornelian.
