Object description: Neofytos Neofytou, goldsmith (chrysochos), son of the Milia village mukhtar (also mouktar, a civilian administrator, a type of lesser mayor) at the time of the Swedish Cyprusexpedition (1927-1935). Neofytos was married to Athanasia and they got the children Panagiota and Andreas.
