Henri Cornelis Gallois, född 5 april 1885, Jakarta (Batavia), Indonesien, död 16 mars 1838, konsthistoriker och konservator, verksam vid Gementemuseum, Haag.

Gallois arbetade inledningsvis som biträdande kommissionär vid koloniministeriet tills han tilldelades en position i dokumentationsavdelningen vid Koninklijke Bibliotheek i Haag. Slutligen, 1919, kom han till Gemeentemuseum i Haag vid avdelningen för gammal konst och hantverk. Gallois skrev också introduktioner till utställningar i Gemeentemuseum som Oud Tin (1925), Islamic Art (1927) och Chineesche Ceramiek (1932). Dessutom har Gallois skrivit olika artiklar för tidskrifter från Nederländerna och utomlands, såsom Monthly Magazine for Visual Arts, Asiatic Review and Transactions of the Oriental Ceramic Society och Aréthuse. Hans specialitet var islamisk konst och konsten i Östasien, och särskilt keramik.
