Object description

"Ding Jin's hustru, en 'lärd kvinna."

Den gamla damen, som framställs sittande i en hög karmstol, är iklädd en blekt lavendelfärgad mantel över en blå kjol med guldbroderier. Hennes breda sidenbälte är broderat med en vit fenix och röda lotusblommor. På huvudet bär hon en hög, broderad svart mössa.

Målning i färger på siden. Saknar ram. Objektet klistrat ca 8 cm. in på kanterna på masonit.

Unfortunately they were not aware of any publication. But since this portrait is from Osvald Sirén it could be he has published it in some of his many works. Many of them are available online on archive.org. Thanks/Magnus
