Enligt katalogkort: “Chinese lacquer tray. Possibly from the Riukiu Islands. Description: Black lacquer, inlaid with mother-of-pearl. In centre a peony flower and above a butterfly. Bottom red lacquered. Measures: Diam. 128mm. Bequest of H.M. King Gustaf VI Adolf, No 2625. - Gift from Sir Harry Garner, 1972.”
