Enligt katalogkort: “Chinese rhinoceros wine cup. Period: Ming. Description: Pale brown horn; carved in shape of mallow flower. Inside five petals; exterior decorated with bamboo stalks and leaves. and a climbing dragon. Measures: H. 81mm L. at lip 144mm, at base 55mm. Purchased: In London 1948 at Spinks. £ 20-0-0. Bequest of H.M. King Gustaf VI Adolf. No 2243.”

Enligt HM-kort: Vinbägare i form av magnolia med bambu och drake i relief.

Material: Noshörningshorn i ljusbrunt.
