Barbro Lundgren (född Harting), dotter till Theodor Harting (1901-1956) och Maj Österman (1910-1974). Gift 18 november 1961 med antikhandlare Bo Carl Lundgren vid Lundgrens antikhandel.
Barbro Lundgren donerade föremål till Östasiatiska museet 1972.
