Ask av elfenben i form av en lotus frökapsel, från Kina. Locket har sju hål med rörliga delar. Locket sitter så hårt att det räknas som ett föremål.

Enligt katalogkort: “Chinese ivory box. Period: 18th century. Description: In shape of the seed-case of a lotus flower with movable stamina. The ivory is slightly yellowish. Measures: H. 44mm Diam. 65mm. Bequest of King Gustaf VI Adolf, No 2475. Dossier: Formerly belonging to Queen Louise’s collection.”
