" Fragment of bordered woolen rep. The ground is dark-brown with one 4,5 cm. selvage-stripe in the same colours

Warp: firmly S-twinned.

Weft: rather loosely S-twinned.

Tightness of weave:

Warp: about 300 threads in 10 cm.

Weft: abt. 60 threads in 10 cm.

Size 33 x 21 cm.

The outer weft-thread in the starting edge is three-ply, brown, yellow and blue.

Selvage on one side also preserved. (katalogkort/originalbeskrivning)
