Vävnadsfragment, funnet i en chullpa.

Enl. fröken Eva Selander, Röhsska Museet, Göteborg.

"Fragment of cotton weave. Patterned with stripes in faded ligt brown and blue.

The ground is undyed grey. The texture is close and even but badly damaged and stained.

Warp: S-twinned, mostly two ply, dominating the surface.

Weft: S-twinned yellowish-grey

Tightness of weave:

Warp: when one-ply 200 threads in 10 cm

Weft: " two-ply 130 t (katalogkort/originalbeskrivning)
