Enl. fröken Eva Selander, Röhsska Museet, Göteborg.

Fragment of woolen rep, ligth brown with a border in blue, red and dark brown on the selvage side. Texture very close and even.

Warp, firmly S-twined.

Weft, more loosely S-twined, middle brown.

Tightness of weave:

Warp, 200 threads in 10 cm.

Weft, 40 " " 10 cm.

Size 36 x 14 cm.

Selvage on one side and a little part of starting- or finishing edge with trimming of dark brown woolen yarn are preserved. (katalogkort/originalbeskrivning)
