Dotter till Edward Mårten af Edholm (1831-1913) och Lotten Edholm (von Heijne-Lillienberg) (1839-1930). Syster till Georg Erik Edvard af Edholm; Edvard Georg af Edholm och Erik af Edholm

Gift med Gustaf Stedt (1850-1904). Hon har donerat föremål till Livrustkammaren och 1938 3 pilar från Solomonöarna som köptes in på Hawaii under Vanadis världsomsegling 1884.
