Object description: Ring base. Raised strap-handle. Pinched rim. Black line encircling rim. An eye on either side of rim. Irregular lines encircling neck-base. Small group of concentric circles on either side of body and on front. Base painted. On handle, a framed wavy line ending in a tassel.
