off-white cotton warp with two pale pink weft threads of cotton., Assymetric knots open on right side, 2, 160/dm2.

Pink, red, off white and mustard yellow polygonal medallions featuring parrots, doves, flowers and butterflies in off-white, pink, dark red, pinkish red, pale aubergine, aubergine, yellow, pale blue, pale green, dark green. Framed with a pinkish red edging decorated with birds and flowers.

Conservation - Executed

The rug is vacuum-cleaned, and surface dust was taken away with a soft bruch. It is rolled up on a paper stafetta, and wrapped into a cotton cover. Flyttas till Etnografiska.
