Göteborgs naturhistoriska museum

- Museet skapades 1833 med Kungliga Vetenskaps- och Vitterhetssamhällets naturaliesamlingar som grund. 1923 flyttade museet från Ostindiska huset till en egen byggnad i Slottsskogen. Museet fick en tillbyggnad med nya utställningslokaler och verkstäder 1981.
